My oil painting of Varna's Sea Garden, with the sun setting through the trees, casting enchanting purple shadows as people take a leisurely walk in the park.
The Sea Garden in Varna is a huge park that runs 8km along the Black Sea. It's beautiful, and when I lived in Varna I would take both a midday and evening walk exploring the various paths. I noticed this scene on one of those walks and couldn't wait to paint all of those intertwining trees, with the flash of sunset casting intricate purple shadows.
