What’s included with your painting

All of my commission paintings come with more than just the artwork itself. They arrive ready to hang, with premium custom framing and a few extras I’ve included to make the experience special, yet effortless. I’ve included each item to help you display your painting beautifully, look after it easily, and connect with the story behind it.

“The 'extras' that came with the painting - the playing cards and greeting cards, etc. - were lovely, but the 'making of' book was the most unique of all! Really grateful to have found Harriet Lawless and wishing her much success; hope you will find a piece that speaks to you too.” - Jeffrey, USA

Client stories

  • "I commissioned Harriet to create a piece of artwork for my wife's 40th birthday - and I am so happy that I did.

I asked Harriet to capture a scene in London that was special for my wife and me. Harriet was so easy to deal with and genuinely interested in our story and wanted to understand it in order to capture what was important to us. I felt that I was in safe hands throughout, with great communication and updates. I requested a few changes at the intermediate point of the process and Harriet was brilliant in translating my non-artist observations into actionable adjustments.

The end result we are incredibly happy with - it hangs pride of place in our home!"

    – Stuart, Australia - Commission 2022

  • "We had a painting commissioned by Harriet of our time in London and are thrilled with it!

Harriet was so professional to deal with and worked so hard to get the piece perfect for us including making trips to the location to find the perfect vista as we now live in Australia. We have added it to our other piece by Harriet and have also displayed one of the three studies she did before the main piece as the quality was so good!

It is a wonderful piece which we will treasure and remind us of this special time in our lives. I would highly recommend entrusting Harriet with your art vision."

    – Lucie, Australia - Commission 2023

  • "Harriet did a commission for us and she was incredibly professional, went above and beyond, and produced something beautiful. We ended up buying another incredible original painting because we couldn’t help ourselves."

    – Meg, Australia - Commission 2023

  • "Great artist, very easy to deal with and it was a really fun process!"

    – Edward, Australia - Commission 2023

  • "Harriet’s painting arrived in a timely fashion and she was communicative with me throughout the entire process and continually asked for my feedback. The painting was beautiful and made for a wonderful gift. Thank you Harriet."
